4. Quotes and project approval

All work is quoted individually based on your requirements. Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated. Work will only commence once written approval has been received.

5. Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer to Dovia Ltd. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Any agreed payment schedule will be confirmed in writing.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services.
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, content, or approvals.
  • Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide.

7. Our responsibilities

We will:

  • Deliver services with reasonable care and professional skill.
  • Communicate clearly throughout the project.
  • Make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
  • Keep client information confidential.

8. Revisions and changes

Reasonable revisions are included where agreed as part of the project scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed before proceeding.

9. Broadband and third-party services

We do not supply broadband or telecom services directly. Any broadband comparison, referral, or sign-up is provided by third-party providers. Dovia Ltd is not responsible for pricing, availability, installation, service quality, or contractual terms offered by third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovia Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by lack of information or approval from the client.
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or networks.
  • Loss of business, data, revenue, or profit resulting from website or connectivity issues.

11. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing reasonable notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for in full.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
